Job summary

The Guinness Partnership is seeking two Senior Systems Developers to join our IT and Business Change team based in Oldham. The role is a full-time, 35 hours per week, with a hybrid pattern: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.

You will design, develop, configure, test and document Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on CRM and Field Services, and you will work across Azure, Power Platform and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in development, programming, and integration of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Strong grasp of multiple programming languages and software development practices.
• Experience with ERP/CRM tech stacks and Azure cloud services.
• Familiarity with delivery approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of the software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Configure, extend and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and Field Services) within the Azure/Power Platform ecosystem.
