BearingPoint United Kingdom is seeking a senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform & Copilot Functional Architect to lead enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions. You will define target operating models, processes and solution architectures that maximise value from Microsoft Business Applications.

Role requires deep experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys and Power Platform, with a focus on governance, ALM and AI-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions with architecture/leadership experience
• Deep functional experience across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys
• Experience with Customer Insights Data and unified customer profiles is desirable
• Proven delivery on enterprise-scale CRM and customer transformation programmes
• Strong knowledge of sales, service and marketing operating processes and controls

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions
• Define business processes across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service and Customer Insights Journeys
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering, process design and fit-gap analysis
• Develop solution blueprints, functional specifications, process maps and user stories
• Promote standard platform capability before extension or customization
• Provide functional design governance and alignment with standards
• Design customer acquisition, onboarding and loyalty journeys
• Architect personalised, event-driven customer journeys across channels
• Lead Power Platform design using Power Apps/Automate and Dataverse
• Define environment, security, governance and ALM approaches
• Collaborate with architects and developers for scalable delivery
• Define Copilot and AI strategies across CRM and sales
