You will lead site teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure compliance with RAMS and safety standards on a major HVAC installation. This contractor role offers long-term stability and on-site leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team supervision skills on mechanical projects.
• Strong communication with clients, contractors and suppliers.
• Solid problem-solving abilities with on-site troubleshooting.
• Experience managing ductwork/HVAC installations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Plan, execute and monitor ductwork package from start to handover.
• Organise labour, materials and site demands for efficient delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Perform RAMS preparation and review.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks against drawings and specs.
• Provide technical advice on ductwork installation and HVAC systems.
