Aspion Search is on the lookout for a Senior Driving Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team at our Liverpool City Centre HQ. With fully mapped-out locations, some active users, and warm clients ready to go, this is a standout opportunity to take ownership of our Driving Division and play a key role in its growth.

While the groundwork is in place, we’re looking for someone with a self-starter mentality—someone who’s proactive, commercially minded, and motivated to drive the division forward with autonomy and confidence.

The Opportunity:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing and expanding an existing client base across the driving and logistics sector
• Hands-on billing and proactive business development
• Shaping and growing the Driving Division with a long-term leadership path
• Collaborating with senior leadership on strategy and performance
• Working towards and excelling in KPIs that are designed to set you up for success and drive performance
• Managing the entire 360 Recruitment process

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proven success in driving recruitment
• Strong knowledge of the logistics and transport market
• Excellent client management and business development skills
• A true self-starter with a proactive approach and leadership mindset
• Ambitious, commercially focused, and results-driven
• Comfortable working to and exceeding targets that support both personal and business growth
