Job Purpose

To provide draughting services for the company as directed by the Drawing Office Manager.

Job Description

• Identify any key draughting issues or problems within the Drawing Office and inform the Drawing Office Manager.
• Provide draughting interface and support for UKBU, TMOS, OED, or other clients.
• Review and check technical drawings to ensure compliance with office procedures.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as requested by the Drawing Office Manager.

Skills

• HNC in engineering subject (desirable, dependent on experience and background).
• Relevant draughting experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Vault, Inventor – preferably with 3D skeletal modelling experience.
• Experience with fabrication, subsea structure layout/design, including primary/secondary steelwork, pipework, and control systems (e.g., Manifolds, SSIV, PLEM, PLET).
• Field layout and approach design.
• Piping spool isometrics and metrology.
• Rigid pipeline, flexible, and umbilical installation.
• Good people management skills.
