Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive costing services to the firm
• Collaborate with fee earners on Bills of Costs, Points of Dispute, and Points of Reply
• Prepare & draft detailed statements of costs and costs budgets
• This is predominantly a drafting role, but those who can handle negotiations and assessment proceedings are welcome to apply

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Law Costs Draftsperson
• Proven ability to manage a personal caseload independently
• Experience within personal injury or clinical negligence costs
• Proficiency with CostsMaster software is essential
