Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a drainage engineer to join the national SWM team, developing drainage design packages and assisting engineers on multi-disciplinary projects. You will ensure CDM compliance and contribute to projects delivered on time and within budget.

Essential criteria include chartered status, SUDS experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD with hydraulic modelling. The role offers hybrid working and opportunities for growth within Surface Water Management.

Qualifications

• Attained a chartered status (ICE or CIWEM).
• Experience in drainage design including SUDS.
• Competence in AutoCAD and hydraulic modelling (Microdrainage/Civils 3D).
• Working knowledge of the CDM Regulations.

Responsibilities

• Producing drainage infrastructure design packages.
• Assisting drainage engineers on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Project and design management delivering projects on time and budget.
• Supervision and mentoring of junior team members.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and site teams.
