NRT Group is seeking a Senior Door Access Engineer to join our team in Hounslow and surrounding areas. This hands-on senior role oversees reactive repairs and leads project installations, working with clients, tenants and engineers to meet targets.

You will diagnose faults, supervise installation works and ensure high-quality, safe outcomes across social housing sites. A full UK driving licence is advantageous for this role.

Competenze

• Proven experience working with door entry systems.
• Strong knowledge of access control and intercom systems.
• Experience within social housing or a similar reactive maintenance environment.
• Previous experience at a senior or supervisory engineering level.
• The ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs effectively.
• Experience overseeing or coordinating installation and project works; excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Senior Door Access Engineer

Salary: £45,000 per annum

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Door Access Engineer to join our engineering team in Hounslow. This is a hands-on senior and supervisory role, responsible for attending reactive repair calls across social housing, while also overseeing installation and project works. You will work closely with clients, tenants and the engineering team to ensure works are completed efficiently, professionally and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities
