Henley Chase is seeking a Senior Automatic Doors Engineer to join our established London operation. You will oversee installation, service and maintenance of automatic door systems across London and the M25, ensuring high service standards and EN 16005 compliance.

The role demands independent work, fault diagnosis, and timely communication with management. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily are essential; start Feb–Mar 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EN 16005.
• Experience with fitting, servicing and maintaining automatic door systems.
• Ability to work independently and confidently resolve technical issues.
• Willingness to travel into London daily.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair automatic door systems.
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective remedial works.
• Ensure all work complies with EN 16005 requirements and relevant safety standards.
• Carry out inspections, testing and commissioning where required.
• Identify additional works and communicate technical issues to management.
• Complete service reports, job sheets and other required documentation.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and customer service.
• Travel to sites across London and the M25, with the majority of work within the M25.

Start Date: February-March 2027

We are recruiting an experienced Senior Automatic Doors Engineer to join an established business with a strong order book and significant upcoming work across London and the M25. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who can hit the ground running, work independently and deliver high-quality service without the need for extensive training.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain and repair automatic door systems.
