Job summary

Keich Hospice seeks an inspirational Individual Giving Manager to shape the donor journey and grow income for Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. You will lead donor acquisition, retention, and engagement across channels, including regular giving and appeals, while ensuring strong stewardship and compliance.

You will build personalised donor journeys, manage lotteries, and drive digital fundraising strategies in collaboration with Marketing & Comms.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large fundraising campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Knowledge of UK fundraising regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to improve donor retention and lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire, retain, and engage individual donors.
• Lead lotteries and raffles with compliant stewardship and governance.
• Drive digital and automated fundraising activities to enhance donor experience.
• Analyse data to track performance, identify trends, and inform decisions.
• Provide leadership with clear objectives, KPIs and development plans.
