Job summary

Home Instead Lewisham & Southwark is seeking an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to lead our Lewisham office. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive delivery of high-quality in-home care, and support a growing team of carers to meet the needs of older clients.

The role requires a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People\'s Services or equivalent, strong leadership and relationship skills, and a commitment to compliant, person-centred

Qualifications

• Extensive care leadership experience with a proven track record in delivering excellent domiciliary care services.
• Proven ability to lead, train and manage a care team to high standards.
• Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma if not already held.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients, families and staff.
• Strong organisational and planning skills; commercially aware and flexible to business demands.
