You will support residents and their families, ensuring safety, dignity and choice, with a thorough induction and access to ongoing training including apprenticeships.

The role is permanent with varied shift patterns and paid breaks, offering a supportive team and opportunities to develop within the organisation.

Qualifications

• You have experience of working in a care or dementia setting or you may have a Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• You’ll be passionate about caring for others, respecting people’s choices and safeguarding confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care with dignity and compassion and put residents' safety and welfare first.
• Lead by example and support the wider team to ensure high-quality care.
