Job summary

London Pet Club in Greater London is seeking a Senior Dog Walker & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. You will combine hands-on dog care with daily admin and scheduling duties, helping to build trusted relationships with clients and their pets.

The role offers up to 20 hours per week with a 1-month trial period, paid monthly via invoice as a self-employed contractor at £15 per hour. You will work closely with the owner to support operations, client communication and the continued

Qualifications

• Requires strong understanding of dog behaviour and safe handling.
• Good communication with clients and staff.
• Reliable and organised with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using smartphones and company apps.
• Must be 21+ and non-smoker.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional dog walking services for clients.
• Safely manage walks with multiple dogs where required.
• Understand and manage different dog personalities, behaviours and needs.
• Provide updates to clients on walks and pet care.
• Assist with onboarding new clients and staff and admin tasks.
• Support owner with daily operations and scheduling.
• Build professional relationships with clients and their pets.
