Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our Devonport team. The role requires site attendance three times per week with travel and accommodation provided. Candidates must be a sole British national and either hold security clearance or be able to obtain it.

Responsibilities include configuring and managing the CDE, supporting project teams, delivering training, creating project sites, and generating KPI reports while ensuring quality control across documents.

Qualifications

• Sole British national with security clearance or able to obtain.
• 5+ years' document control experience.
• Proficient understanding of ViewPoint (EDMS/CDE) and BIM ISO 19650 standards.
• Administrator level experience using ViewPoint.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the CDE, manage user accounts and security groups.
• Be the primary contact for CDE and document control queries with project teams.
• Organise regular training on CDE and document control processes; maintain guides.
• Create and update project sites on the CDE and assign users.
• Produce weekly KPI and workflow reports; QA against formal documentation.
• Provide ad-hoc reports and support system usage and compliance.
