Job summary

ME Engineers is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our London team. The role collaborates with technical staff and may involve line management of DC staff across UK offices.

Based in our London office, you will handle document control across projects, liaising with the ME Project Lead and BIM Manager to ensure timely, accurate documentation and QA of drawings. You should be client facing, able to build strong relationships, and capable of working independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with construction document control systems.
• Familiarity with ACC and BIM-related workflows.
• Proficiency in Newforma and at least one document control platform.
• Excellent timekeeping, organisation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and record bid processes through to live projects.
• Ensure initial documentation is available for new projects (PQP, protocols).
• Liaise with Project Lead and BIM Manager to set deadlines and protocols.
• Establish project protocols with external Document Controllers.
• Manage project Common Data Environments and document issue/recording.
