Wates Group in Basingstoke is seeking a Senior Document Controller to join our Southern team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage digital information across the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and a robust Golden Thread in line with ISO 19650.
You will work with internal teams, consultants and suppliers, own CDE administration, and apply information security principles to protect data. Experience with Dalux and strong organisation and communication are essential.

Wates Residential are looking for a Senior Document Controller to join our Southern team based in Basingstoke on a 12 month fixed term contract.
At Wates Residential, we invest, develop, build and sell quality affordable homes through partnerships with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and public sector organisations such as Homes England. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced information management professional to play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital information across our projects.
As a Senior Document Controller, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of digital information and data throughout the lifecycle of our projects. Working in line with Wates and industry-recognised standards, including ISO 19650, you will help ensure information is accurate, compliant, accessible and supports the creation of a robust "Golden Thread" of project information.
You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, suppliers and clients, providing expertise in document control, information management and Common Data Environment (CDE) administration.
