Job summary

Bromley Healthcare CIC is seeking a Clinical Caseload Holder - Band 7 for Bromley/Hayes. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and requires DN SPQ qualification. You will lead the community nursing team, ensure care quality, and work with GP practices to deliver robust clinical services.

The post involves flexible weekly hours including weekends and driving as needed. Salary ranges £55,524–£62,652 with NHS terms; strong benefits and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must hold DN SPQ qualification.
• Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to District Nursing is desirable.
• Experience leading a community nursing team and managing complex caseloads.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall operational and day-to-day running of the community nursing team within caseload.
• Provide clinical supervision and line management to team members.
• Collaborate with PCN Clinical Neighbourhood Manager and other Bromley Healthcare teams to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
• Work with the Safer Care directorate to provide evidence-based clinical knowledge in nursing services.
• Be flexible to cover Bromley/Hayes area including weekends and bank holidays.
