Responsibilities

• Case manage a designated caseload of patients and delegate the delivery of care by the integrated team.
• Support the team leader and clinical lead in quality of care, risk management, audits, and staff development.
• Oversee clinical areas and mentor junior staff; deputise for the Clinical Nurse Lead when needed.
• Contribute to recruitment, appraisal, risk assessment, complaints handling and performance management.
• Provide clinical supervision / peer review and drive audit and improvement initiatives.
