Job Opportunity: Senior Distribution Executive

We have an opportunity for a Senior Distribution Executive to join our Distribution department. You will report to the Group Head of Distribution and will be responsible for building and maintaining effective long-term relationships with business partners.

  1. Work with the Group Head of Distribution to develop bespoke account plans and goals for agreed business partners.
  2. Manage day-to-day coordination with Underwriting teams and partners to ensure deliverables are met or alternative plans are put in place.
  3. Identify opportunities with brokers that align with TMK's business plan for approval and implementation.
  4. Manage facility tenders for agreed clients and project manage all relevant stakeholders to develop compelling business cases for approval by the Group Head of Distribution / Underwriting leads.
  5. Work closely with underwriting teams to maximize opportunities.
  6. Develop strategic and ad hoc analysis reports with full recommendations for approval.
  7. Produce key broker performance reports for the Group Head of Distribution and executive engagement.
  8. Collaborate with underwriting teams to build, track, and follow up on pipeline opportunities.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of underwriting systems, be confident in Excel, and proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. You should be capable of managing multiple strategic projects and producing accurate analytics and reports. The ability to explain accounts confidently to a wide range of TMK employees, including senior underwriters, and to build strong multi-level relationships is essential.
