Reading-based law firm is seeking a Senior Associate Dispute Resolution Solicitor (General Litigation) with partner track potential. The role involves handling a varied caseload across domestic and cross‑border disputes, alongside a close team of Partners, Consultants and lawyers.

You should have a proven track record, be client focused and ready to develop others as progression to partnership is considered within our career framework.

Qualifications

• Hard working, resourceful, responsive and resilient.
• Ability to supervise and develop others and engage in peer discussions with senior colleagues.
• Proven track record in winning new clients or following.

Responsibilities

• Manage and run your own caseload across general litigation and dispute resolution.
• Collaborate with partners, consultants and the wider team on complex disputes.
• Advise on cross-border disputes and work with blue‑chip clients.
