Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Client service Team, coaching staff to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Manage project escalations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve performance.
• Develop and implement processes and system enhancements for efficiency.
• Oversee training and development of new and existing team members.
• Monitor data quality, productivity, and project profitability across accounts.
• Drive client service improvement plans and coordinate with sales and other teams.
