Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 2–3 years’ experience in market research project management, healthcare preferred
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple online research projects in fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Manage international market research projects through the full lifecycle with client satisfaction and budget focus
• Coordinate project kickoff meetings to align on specifications, needs, timelines and responsibilities
• Oversee programming, translations, overlays and testing to meet quality standards
• Lead project launch, analysis and client feedback with solution-oriented approaches
• Monitor fieldwork, recruitment and timelines to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
• Ensure samples, incentives and queries are handled promptly and accurately
• Deliver agreed client deliverables within quality and timing expectations
• Meet billing deadlines and adhere to internal processes
• Comply with M3 procedures and ISO policies
• Guide and mentor junior staff supporting project work
• Manage vendor relationships for timely deliverables and issue resolution
• Collaborate with Sales and Client Service to improve performance on studies
• Support client service improvement plans across accounts
