Job summary

The Mid Yorkshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking an Associate Director of Infrastructure: PFI & Contracting to provide senior leadership across its PFI and wider contracting portfolio. You will strengthen commercial and contractual management, governance and oversight of performance, risk, lifecycle and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience leading complex commercial or contractual relationships within a large organisation.
• Strong understanding of PFI/PPP-style contracts and long-term outsourcing arrangements.
• Proven ability to balance commercial challenge with partnership working and stakeholder management.
