Responsibilities

• Lead PFI and complex infrastructure contracts for the NHS Trust.
• Provide strategic leadership across performance, finance, and lifecycle management.
• Advise the Board and liaise with SPV and service providers.
• Balance challenge with collaborative partnering to deliver long-term outcomes.
• Develop and strengthen commercial capability within the Infrastructure Division.
• Prepare for handback and future planning of the portfolio.
