This senior role emphasizes shaping service transformation, ensuring adherence to cleaning, food safety and nutritional standards, and developing high-performing teams while collaborating with clinical leaders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Leading Domestic and Catering Services across multiple healthcare sites
• Driving service transformation, innovation and continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with healthcare cleaning standards, food safety and nutritional requirements, governance and regulatory requirements
• Leading workforce development, engagement and succession planning
• Strengthening performance management, quality assurance and audit arrangements
• Managing operational risk, business continuity and emergency response planning
• Leading contract management, procurement and supplier performance arrangements
• Managing significant budgets and driving value for money and efficiency
• Supporting sustainability initiatives and environmental objectives
• Building strong partnerships with clinical teams, senior leaders and external stakeholders
• Contributing to the strategic development of Facilities services across GMS
