Domus Recruitment are supporting an established provider in Gloucester to recruit an Interim Deputy Manager for a learning disabilities service. You will lead day-to-day operations across two supported living services, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care and strong team performance.

You will work with the Service Manager to drive quality improvement, coach staff, model professional boundaries, and ensure compliance with MCA/DoLS and safeguarding policies.

Formación

• Experience leading staff in adult social care.
• Strong people management and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of MCA/DoLS and safeguarding policies.

Responsabilidades

• Provide visible leadership and day-to-day support to staff across two supported living services.
• Work closely with the Service Manager to maintain and improve quality of care and support.
• Coach and develop staff, encouraging positive working practices and professional boundaries.
• Observe practice and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support changes and promote a consistent approach across services.
• Ensure care is delivered safely in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with families and external professionals to achieve positive outcomes.
