Job summary

Langham Hall Group in Jersey seeks a highly-experienced Executive to lead day-to-day operations, governance, and risk management. You will act as a director on internal boards and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining key client relationships and regulatory oversight.

You will manage Jersey staff, support business development, and ensure reporting to the board is accurate and timely. A strong track record in funds governance is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires a fully qualified Accountant with deep financial governance exposure.
• Strong leadership, client relationship and regulatory liaison capabilities are essential.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and ensure engagements stay on budget and on time.
• Lead Jersey operations, including staffing, performance management and governance reporting.
• Drive business development and build the profile of Langham Hall in Jersey.
• Oversee risk management, regulatory liaison with JFSC and related bodies, and board reporting.
• Coordinate with senior management and head office to ensure smooth project transitions.
