Job summary

Corporation Service Company in Jersey seeks a Director, Funds Solutions (Client Services and Commercial) to oversee fund administration and governance for client structures, while maintaining fiduciary and regulatory duties. Qualifications

• Extensive experience in fund administration or financial services with oversight responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Jersey regulatory requirements and AML/CFT/CPF obligations.
• Proven ability to manage senior client and stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and driving performance.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly to the UK (≈50% of the role).

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund administration, governance, and related services for client structures.
• Act as director on client boards, discharging fiduciary and regulatory obligations.
• Lead governance activities and oversee board material reviews and decisions.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, investment managers, intermediaries, and advisers.
• Ensure adherence to Jersey AML/CFT/CPF rules and Codes of Practice.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to team members.
• Drive commercial growth by engaging with Jersey and UK markets with CSC sales teams.
• Contribute to revenue growth through client acquisition and expansion of relationships.
