Qualifications

• Recent track record delivering major IT due diligence assignments (pre- and post‑deal).
• Proven experience leading IT integrations and separations with cost optimization.
• Transformation and PMI‑style program management in professional services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver major IT due diligence engagements across deals.
• Shape integration and separation programs, identify IT synergies and cost drivers.
• Serve as hands‑on delivery leader, guiding junior team members on larger projects.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions across deals and transformation.
• Assess IT operating models, vendor ecosystems, and cost trajectories; produce executive insights.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and present findings to leadership.
• Contribute to practice development, including AI‑enabled delivery accelerators and knowledge assets.
• Role‑model A&M values in every engagement.
