Qualifications

• Strong consulting toolkit: framing issues, building hypotheses, and data-driven conclusions.
• Experience developing Excel-based models; skilled in clear PowerPoint/Word presentations.
• Exposure to Target Operating Model design, IT/Digital transformation and cost reduction.
• Understanding of digital tech: Big Data, predictive analytics, RPA, ML/AI, CX/Omni-channel.
• Experience pre- and post-deal with Private Equity firms or blue-chip corporates.
• Proven ability to work in international teams and deliver improvements in Technology/IT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; detail-oriented under tight deadlines.
• Fluent business-level English; additional European languages desirable.

A&M Digital and Technology Services EMEA is a dynamic and fast-growing practice that combines IT M&A advisory, Data and AI consulting, and digitally enabled performance improvement and transformation for private equity and corporate clients. Within the Business Technology pillar, we partner with Private Equity funds, Corporates, and Financial Services clients across Europe and internationally to:

• Carry out effective technology and product due diligence pre-deal.
• Support integration and separation through the deal lifecycle until TSA exit.
• Create value in private equity portfolio companies by improving performance and output while reducing costs.

We frequently collaborate across disciplines and coordinate closely with other A&M practices such as Private Equity Performance Improvement, Corporate Transactions, Restructuring, and Financial Due Diligence.

How You Will Contribute

• Serve as a core member of engagement teams, structuring problem statements, building hypotheses, and testing them with judicious use of internal and external data—even where data is limited.
• Lead discrete workstreams, performing robust analysis and translating findings into clear, actionable insights and executive-ready deliverables.
• Develop financial/operational models in Excel; create compelling, well-structured materials in PowerPoint and Word to communicate recommendations.
• Support delivery of complex change across Target Operating Model design, IT and Digital transformation programs, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic cost reduction.
• Contribute to IT due diligence (pre- and post-deal), integration and separation planning, synergy identification, and value creation initiatives.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional A&M teams and manage day-to-day interactions with client stakeholders.
• Embrace AI-enabled tools and accelerators to enhance throughput, quality, and pace of delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting toolkit: framing issues, building hypotheses, finding and using data appropriately, and drawing evidence-based conclusions.
• Experience developing Excel-based models; skilled in structuring and writing clear PowerPoint and Word presentations and reports.
• Exposure to Target Operating Model design, IT/Digital transformation, Enterprise Architecture, and strategic cost reduction.
• Understanding of digital technologies, including Big Data and predictive analytics, RPA, Machine Learning and AI, and Customer Experience/Omni-channel.
• Experience working pre- and post-deal with Private Equity firms and/or blue-chip corporates.
• Record of IT/Technology performance improvement within a top-tier technology advisory, strategy, or traditional advisory firm.
• Proven ability to work in international teams and deliver measurable improvements in Technology and IT.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; objective, fact-based problem solver.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Very strong academic track record with robust analytical rigor.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Proficiency with AI tools to accelerate and enhance productivity.
• Fluent business-level English; additional European languages (French, Spanish, German, or Italian) highly desirable.
• Typically 5–10 years of professional experience.
