Job summary

KPMG in the United Kingdom seeks an Associate Director to steer planning and project controls across strategic infrastructure programmes, advising Boards, Executives and programme leaders. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to translate schedule, cost, risk and performance data into clear decisions and practical interventions.

You will shape governance, grow the portfolio and build capability to meet future client demand, while overseeing engagement risk and ensuring revenue and margin

Qualifications

• Must have senior-level experience leading planning and project controls across complex infrastructure programmes.
• Proven ability to advise Boards, Executives and programme leaders on schedule, cost, risk and change.
• Track record of delivering high-quality engagements and managing engagement risk.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact planning and project controls engagements meeting client outcomes and commercial targets.
• Advise Boards and senior leaders translating complex data into clear priorities and interventions.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mobilise resources to deliver integrated solutions.
• Grow the planning and project controls portfolio through market insight and client relationships.
• Set governance standards and scalable delivery across programmes.
