Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United Kingdom is seeking Director level Project Controls professionals to deliver end-to-end controls across major infrastructure programmes. You will work on rail, aviation, power, water, highways or defence, taking accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk and change management.

You will influence senior stakeholders, mentor a team of specialists, and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Relevant technical degree and management qualifications.
• Experience in planning & scheduling and cost management.
• Experience with risk management, change control and reporting.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls services end-to-end for large, complex mega projects.
• Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPI analysis.
• Lead multiple project controls functions: risk, schedule, cost, scope and change.
• Influence and guide senior stakeholders to drive improvement.
• Act as the day-to-day project team interface to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Support the PMO and contribute to centre of expertise in project controls.
• Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality standards and efficiently.
• Align project controls delivery with client objectives and appointment terms.
