Qualifications

• Proficiency in object-oriented or functional programming using Python, Java, C++, or C#

• Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI-assisted software development practices with validation

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of key projects within a global program of work
• Collaborate with technology teams to deliver user-focused solutions
• Design, develop, and maintain applications and components supporting the Strategic Index desk
• Partner with business users to understand requirements and prioritize deliverables
• Apply Agile practices to take work from inception through production release
• Drive adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices with validation standards
• Use approved toolchains to improve delivery efficiency at scale
• Champion testing and quality throughout the development lifecycle
• Improve platform design and capabilities through continuous iteration and feedback
• Take ownership of outcomes and drive work to completion with stakeholders
