Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or business intelligence.
8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Experience leading an organization of 25+ people in a large enterprise.
Hands-on SQL, dimensional modeling, and ELT/ETL concepts; production experience with a cloud data warehouse.

Responsibilities

Define a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise reporting and analytics.
Lead an organization of ~30 people, hiring, role clarity, career pathing, and performance management.
Partner with Data Science to productize models and enable AI/LLM access to enterprise data.
Drive data governance, metadata, lineage, and stewardship programs.
Collaborate with Data Engineering to align platform capabilities with business needs and analytics consumption.
