Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a Senior Director to lead Enterprise Reporting and Analytics Engineering. You will guide an org of analytics engineers, report developers, and data leaders to advance from traditional dashboards toward proactive, AI-enabled analytics products.

Partner with Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Management, and Analytics Operations to shape strategy, governance, and scalable data assets across the enterprise.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, or BI.
8+ years leading teams and 4+ years managing managers.
Experience with governance, metadata, lineage, and enterprise BI platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop an organization of ~30 people, including frontline managers; hiring, role clarity, performance, succession.
Define a multi-year vision and roadmap; translate into quarterly outcomes; partner with Product Management.
Own budget, vendor relationships, and contractor/offshore capacity.
Establish a strong engineering culture: peer review, automated testing, documentation, source control, CI/CD.
