Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in BD or commercial leadership within CDMO, CRO, or pharma services.
• Strong knowledge across modalities (small molecule, biologics, or ADCs).
• Proven track record of winning complex deals and building client trust.
• Strong communicator, commercially minded, and highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development strategy across multiple therapeutic and modality areas.
• Build and manage key client relationships, from first contact through to close.
• Partner with technical and executive teams to align proposals with client needs.
