You will partner with business leadership to optimize resource planning, forecasting, project margins, and delivery outcomes, building a high-performing, accountable organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in business operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience in professional services or healthcare/life sciences is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed org.
• Strong communication and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Establish operational priorities and own performance across the Practice.
• Oversee portfolio planning, governance, risk management and execution.
• Partner with Finance to improve forecasting, margins and utilization.
• Align cross-functional teams around shared operational and financial outcomes.
