Job summary

Littlefish Group is seeking an experienced Senior Data Consultant to partner with clients across the UK and Ireland, delivering data solutions using Microsoft Fabric. You will guide data transformation journeys, lead architecture discussions, and mentor a team of consultants and developers.

You will work in a flexible hybrid model, collaborating with customers to design and implement scalable data platforms, with emphasis on OneLake, Dataflows, Notebooks, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering data solutions with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Dataflows, Notebooks, Power BI).
• Strong data architecture, modelling, warehousing, and ETL/ELT.
• Experience engaging with customers in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced delivery environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and collaborative approach to solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to understand business requirements and data challenges.
• Design and deliver scalable data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Lead data transformation roadmaps and governance discussions.
• Run workshops and stakeholder sessions to align goals with technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the practice.
• Support pre-sales activities with discovery and solution demos.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
