Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Digital Trading Manager based at our Head Office in Plymouth to drive ecommerce sales for Wilko and Homebase. You will implement trading & promotional strategies across both websites in collaboration with the Group Head of Digital.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver digital trading and promotional strategies focusing on revenue, conversion, AOV, margin, and profitability, analyzing performance data to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with buying, logistics, marketing, finance, and digital teams to align on commercial goals.
• Develop digital category plans and lead group campaign planning, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Maintain optimal digital stock levels and accurate fulfilment forecasts for key categories and campaigns.
• Lead and develop the digital trading and merchandising team, promoting data-driven decision-making.
• Manage homepage and content planning, optimize site search and merchandising, and contribute to CRO initiatives.
• Oversee marketplace performance and contribute to sales planning and reforecasting.

Person Specification:

• Relevant ecommerce trading experience.
• Strong numerical skills and data storytelling ability.
• Influencing and line management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to drive process improvements and best practices.
