Role Overview

The Senior Engagement Strategist leads human-centered strategies to create meaningful experiences, anticipating opportunities at the intersection of people, culture, technology, and business. You will understand client challenges, frame problems innovatively, and drive impact through strategic leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of customer behaviors across the full journey
• Lead omnichannel engagement strategies connecting goals to channels like social, CRM, website, and more
• Manage client relationships and lead strategic development for multiple clients
• Guide junior strategists and foster innovation within the team
