Job summary

Tarsh & Partners Marketing Recruitment, on behalf of a Global Consumer Products Company, seeks a Digital Shelf Specialist eCommerce for the Pet Nutrition division in Europe.

You will own the digital shelf strategy across Europe for a major pureplay online retailer, focusing on content, search placement, and ratings & reviews, while partnering with the commercial team to optimise on-shelf availability and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Extensive 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field (client-side or agency).
• Proven experience setting and activating a Pan-EU Digital Shelf strategy with a major pureplay retailer.
• Hands-on experience with Digital Shelf tools and large data sets to drive continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated experience optimising retailer algorithms across Digital Shelf KPIs.
• Strong analytical rigor and ability to translate digital shelf data into actions that move KPIs.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of how Retail Media, Digital Shelf and eCommerce interconnect to drive brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Own content quality and PDP content, manage A/B testing and optimisation.
• Be the internal expert on premium content requirements for activation with brand/content teams.
• Set the EMEA Digital Shelf Strategy and manage the European relationship with the enterprise Digital Shelf tool provider.
• Collaborate with Global Digital teams to activate strategies across EMEA and support local country teams.
• Measure and improve organic search placement and share of page; own keyword strategy for optimisation.
• Own the ratings & reviews strategy, track consumer sentiment and provide insights to brand teams.
• Work with Retail Media and commercial teams to ensure high-converting landing pages for media activations.
