Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven Project Management experience in marketing, advertising or digital agency.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall delivery.
• Expertise in drafting artifacts, stakeholder management and financial metrics.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery of complex digital experiences and campaigns.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams, onboard and motivate staff.
• Work with teams to solve problems and optimize delivery.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage project scope, risks, and budgets.
• Prepare proposals, SoWs, and program roadmaps with senior clients.
• Monitor finances, burn rates, margins, and reporting to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior PMs and coordinate with suppliers and partners.
• Ensure high-quality output and regular status updates to leadership.
