Job summary

Thames Water is seeking a Digital Programme Manager to lead major digital and business change programmes across a complex enterprise. You will work with senior stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure programmes meet time, cost and value targets.

Based in Reading with hybrid working, you will manage scope, budgets and governance, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver strategic benefits for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and managing large digital programmes.
• Strong governance, risk management and reporting capabilities.
• Experience in complex enterprise environments, preferably utilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver significant digital and change programmes across the organisation.
• Define programme scope, benefits, budgets, delivery plans and governance structures.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish objectives and expectations.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues and supplier relationships throughout delivery.
