• Ability to plan, build and optimise campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Strong analytics skills to turn data into commercial recommendations.
• Understanding of SEO and content strategy to support digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of Sowerbys' digital marketing activity across residential sales, lettings and new homes.
• Plan, manage and optimise paid social campaigns (Meta Ads Manager) and budgets.
• Analyse performance, audience behaviour, lead quality and conversions; report ROI.
• Develop engaging content, scripts and briefs for brand campaigns and video.
• Oversee social content calendar and coordinate with marketing team and agencies.
• Collaborate on SEO and website content improvements; support email marketing.
