Job summary

Synergy Resourcing Solutions in Norwich is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a creative agency expanding its digital offer. This hands-on role plans, runs and reports on multi-channel B2B campaigns, with a focus on LinkedIn and Google Ads.

You will collaborate with client services, design and production to brief, coordinate and deliver campaigns, while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders on a hybrid working pattern.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B agency environment.
• Hands-on experience across paid social, paid search and organic social.
• Good knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and GA4.
• Strong written skills and confident stakeholder communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver multi-channel B2B campaigns across paid and organic channels.
• Build, launch and optimise campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads.
• Write and refine campaign copy (web, social, paid) and ensure quality.
• Produce performance reporting in GA4 and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with client services, design and production to brief and deliver work.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders day-to-day.
