Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Form part of the group digital analytics team, reporting to the head of digital analytics.
  • Collaborate with marketing and digital teams to analyze and measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Utilize data sources like Google Analytics, customer databases, and advertising platforms for analysis.
  • Visualize large datasets using tools like PowerBI or Looker and present findings to management.
  • Establish regular reporting frameworks for marketing performance.
  • Assess marketing strategies' effectiveness using causal inference methods.
  • Coordinate with data engineering to develop data models meeting analytics needs.
  • Build relationships within digital analytics, data engineering, and commercial analytics teams to ensure data consistency and governance.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SQL; experience with R/Python is a plus.
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in ecommerce/retail.
  • Understanding of key digital marketing metrics and their application.
  • Strong communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
  • Passion for data and curiosity for insights.
  • Interest in customer and marketing analytics trends like customer data platforms, LTV, MMM, attribution, and advertising evolution.
