Mitechz Ltd is the dedicated in-house marketing powerhouse behind the growth of three premium dental clinics across Yorkshire (Batley Carr Dental Centre, Edlington Dental Centre and Ark Dentistry). We are committed to delivering outstanding marketing strategies that translate into real-world results: growing our clinics, enhancing patient experience, and strengthening our community presence.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in Leeds to drive digital growth, lead patient acquisition strategies, and ensure seamless conversion from first enquiry to booked appointment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimise full-funnel campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), focused on lead generation, patient acquisition, and strong ROI.
  • Brand Development: Create and execute a cohesive online brand strategy, ensuring consistency and enhancing visibility across all digital channels.
  • Website Management: Maintain and update our WordPress websites to be user-friendly, SEO-optimised, and reflective of our brand messaging.
  • SEO Implementation: Develop and manage comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page) to boost organic rankings and website traffic.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging digital content for websites, email newsletters, and social media to grow our audience and support campaign goals.
  • Lead Handling: Respond promptly and professionally to patient enquiries (via forms, social media, email, and phone), guiding leads through to booked appointments and coordinating with clinic reception teams.
  • Data-Driven Optimisation: Monitor, analyse, and report performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other key tools to refine marketing efforts.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM platforms such as Dengro, HubSpot, or similar systems to track leads, manage patient communications, and support seamless conversion from enquiry to appointment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in hands-on digital marketing, with a strong background in lead generation and brand growth.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads management, including A/B testing, budget handling, and campaign optimisation.
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and a proven track record of improving rankings and traffic.
  • Proficiency with WordPress CMS and SEO tools/plugins.
  • Strong data interpretation skills using GA4, Search Console, and other analytics platforms.

Personal Qualities:

  • Confident, clear communicator with excellent professional manners when dealing with patients.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
  • Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Bonus: Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO.
