Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an Associate Director of Customer Relations, DDaT, to lead digital transformation and align strategy with NHS priorities across the Trust and ICS. Qualifications

• Masters degree in a relevant discipline or significant leadership experience in DDaT.
• Proven ability to communicate complex digital information to clinical and executive audiences.
• Experience leading digital transformation programmes within a complex organisation.
