Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior DDaT leader to drive patient care transformation through digital services across the Trust and Integrated Care System (ICS). You will champion innovation, align operations with strategy, and lead complex programmes and budgets while delivering value to patients and Care Groups.

You will build strong relationships with NHSE/ICS, guide Digital Partners, and ensure adoption of digital solutions to improve patient services.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & Value: Champion innovation and ensure DDaT operations align with local and national strategy, maximizing value for patients.
• Engagement & Collaboration: Use expert communication to forge powerful alliances (NHSE/ICS) and ensure seamless collaboration between DDaT, clinical, and operational teams.
• Delivery & Leadership: Lead your team, manage complex programmes/budgets, and provide professional digital support to all Care Groups, ensuring delivery of the Trust's vision.
• Customer & Care Group Engagement: Create a customer service culture, identify opportunities to add value using digital solutions.
• Digital Partner Leadership: Help Digital Partners build deep relationships with Care Groups to horizon-scan and anticipate service needs.
• Governance Support: Ensure governance structures and senior stakeholder buy-in within Care Groups.
• Adoption: Work with clinical/operational teams to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions for improved patient services.
• Programme Delivery & Governance: Provide oversight and assurance of delivery through Digital Governance, Programme Boards and PMO.
• Prioritization: Support high-priority digital objectives, including the Digital Hospital Committee's Top Ten Programmes.
• Risk Management: Monitor progress, resolve risks, issues, dependencies and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• External Liaison: Foster relationships between internal customers, IT suppliers, and external stakeholders.

1. Customer & Care Group Engagement

• Culture & Value: In still a 'customer service' culture within the team, proactively identifying opportunities to add value using digital solutions.
• Digital Partner Leadership: Support Digital Partners to build deep relationships with Care Groups, enabling them to horizon-scan and anticipate service needs.
• Governance Support: Ensure Digital Partners establish and maintain the appropriate governance structures and senior stakeholder buy-in within their Care Groups.
• Adoption: Work with clinical/operational teams to ensure the successful adoption of digital solutions for improved patient services.

2. Programme Delivery & Governance

• Oversight & Assurance: Provide overall oversight and assurance of delivery through the Trust's Digital Governance, Programme Boards, and PMO.
• Prioritization: Support the delivery of high-priority digital objectives, including the Digital Hospital Committee's "Top Ten" Programmes.
• Risk Management: Take overall responsibility for monitoring progress, resolving risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
