I am recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Paid Search and Paid Social to join an independent, luxury digital marketing agency specializing in premium brands across global markets.

I am looking for a talented Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing digital team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong campaign execution experience who is ready to take ownership, bring strategic thinking, and work closely with clients and senior leadership to drive account performance.

What you'll be doing:

1. Client Management: Be a main point of contact for a selection of clients and support Account Managers on larger accounts. Build trusted relationships and go beyond performance.
2. Campaign Delivery: Oversee campaign builds and optimizations, delegating routine tasks to junior team members.
3. Strategy & Innovation: Help shape the overall digital strategy for clients. Support senior team members with ideas, insights, and forward-thinking recommendations across search, display, and paid social.
4. Performance Analysis: Deliver insightful, data-led reporting and identify areas for improvement.
5. Problem Solving: Support the team in overcoming challenges, escalating issues only when necessary.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, web, new business) and external partners to ensure integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
7. Quality & Communication: Maintain high standards in all tasks—from client emails to presenting reports and campaign execution.

The ideal candidate:

1. 2+ years of experience in Paid Search and Paid Social, primarily with Google Ads and Meta, within an agency setting.
2. Confident in working with data and deriving insights from performance metrics.
3. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach and keen attention to detail.
4. Excellent communicator—both written and verbal—with confidence in client presentations.
5. Bonus points for experience working with luxury brands.
